Calling All Tiger Divers!
Our season is right around the corner and the dive well is a great place to jumpstart summer at Glenwood! Tigers make amazing divers and they know how to have fun! New to Glenwood? Have you always wondered what the splash was about in the deep end? Our Tiger team topped 50 in 2014, and we’d love to grow our streak! New divers in all age groups are always welcomed with open paws! We are coached by the best in Montgomery County who help hone Tiger skills from front jumps to back flips with a twist. Morning and afternoon practice times are coordinated with the swim team schedule so your Tigers are welcome to join both teams. The first step to this great summer however, is SIGNING UP, so keep reading for all the details.
Returning Tiger Divers
As in past years, we are using Team Unify for online registration. Just like the swim team, your membership dues must be up to date before registering your lovely Tigers. With that done, click here Glenwood Pool and then on click on Dive Team tab. You will be taken directly to the TeamUnify site for Glenwood Dive Team.
If your email address has changed since last summer, please email Lisa Gray at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will update it for you. Please do not create a new account – all of your diver’s information is connected to your existing account. Payment is by credit card only. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
New Tiger Divers
Welcome! We know you are going to have a great time in the dive well! Registration is the same as above, however you will need to set up a new account in Team Unify. When you reach our Team Unify site, set up a unique account for diving (they differ for dive and swim teams) and follow the instructions. Any questions? Reach out and let us help!
Thinking About Diving?
We welcome new divers into any age group! If you are unsure, please come out for a few practices, meet our coaches and see for yourself. One thing to note, Montgomery County Dive League requires that all divers are registered with insurance (included in the registration fee) 24 hours before their first practice. If you’d like to give it a try, complete registration as above; if it doesn’t work out – we’ll be very sad, but will also refund registration fees less the insurance component of $10 (through close of registration, June 19).
We are thrilled that Noah Ehrenberg is returning as Head Coach and are excited to have Glenwood’s own Alessandra Barone and Sheridan O’Kelly back as assistant coaches. There’s so many great things to say about them, stay tuned for a separate announcement!
