Glenwood is a self-sufficient community. The Glenwood Board has always strived to hire our own pool managers and operators, and life-guards despite the extra effort it takes to do that. If you have been a member for more than a year or two, you will remember seeing many of our guards learning to swim right at Glenwood. This allows us to provide jobs to qualified Glenwood members and we think it is one of the things that makes the place special.
