Our waitlist is greater than 500 and it will take several years to be offered a membership.
While the pool’s membership is at capacity, we welcome you to add your name to our waitlist. There is a $75 dollar non-refundable registration fee
Without exception, memberships are offered in the order that people registered for the waitlist. There are NO exceptions to expediting the waitlist, regardless of any representations by real estate agents, home owners/sellers, pool neighbors, etc.
As memberships are relinquished, waitlisters are contacted in order of registration date, oldest to newest. You may opt to decline or defer the membership offer once. After the second offer of membership, it must be accepted or the household will be dropped from the waitlist. We realize that this is an area where employment sometimes requires lengthy overseas postings; if you are declining an eventual offer of membership due to such a situation, please contact [email protected].
Glenwood will make repeated efforts to track down waitlist members via email and phone, but you may be removed from the waitlist following multiple attempts to contact you. Please add [email protected] to your email service address book to ensure our outreach is not treated as "spam."
